Refunds

You will NOT get a refund if:

• You did not follow the usage instructions, i.e. you drank only 1 pill as a dosage or you did not apply stimulation for the product to work
• You have already used up more than 30% of your order
• You provided incorrect shipping or contact information

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

1. Contact our team to request a refund at info@takbokhoring.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide the complete details of why you request a refund in order for us to assess the merits of the case, and include your direct contact information including email and cellphone number, name, surname, and your order reference
3. Ship your remaining products back to us to the address we provide over email (shipping at your own cost)
4. Upon receiving your goods and ensuring everything is in order, we will refund your order in full to the same account that the order was paid from.
